PreServe is our new complete support programme for all your HPLC and GC requirements. Our team of professional, highly qualified engineers and application support personnel are all factory-trained and have a wealth of experience to give the most cost effective solution to protect your investment. This starts from the day of installation and includes IQ and OQ protocols, training of personnel, preventative maintenance, software and hardware upgrades plus on demand repairs.

Throughout the lifetime of your instrument it will be operating at optimum performance and fully supported to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines. We support most leading manufacturers HPLC and GC equipment and so can offer a seamless single point service operation.

To help maintain optimal instrument performance Presearch offers a range of service contracts to help eliminate instrument failures and downtime. With a planned maintenance program, service disruption is kept to a minimum and performance assurance to a maximum. During and upon expiry of the instrument warranty, Presearch will present a range of service contracts to suit all requirements.

Complete Servicing Solutions

With a PreServe service solution, you will get highest quality multi vendor service and support for all your laboratory instrumentation. Presearch provides this by using a combination of on-site service engineers and managed-service delivery. With our team of qualified engineers we are able to repair and maintain most leading makes of equipment and for those we cannot handle directly, we will arrange the service with the manufacturers representative. When coupled with a Presearch in-house call centre this offers a seamless and efficient operation.

You can select and build your own service support package from the various elements that we offer and this will be tailored to meet your exact laboratory needs.

Validation Services

For customers working in a regulatory environment, Presearch have, in conjunction with manufacturers, developed a number of qualification services for new and existing installations. Our qualification specialists provide fully documented Installation Qualification IQ Operational Qualification OQ and Performance Qualification PQ to meet the necessary quality requirements.

To supplement the manufacturers validation protocols Presearch are now offering a new low cost package. This includes preventative maintenance followed by a generic validation process that can be standardised across the whole range of instruments in your laboratory.
